A Latin Valentine — featuring this year "Una serenata Mexicana"
DATE: February 14, 2013
The Latin American Music Center (LAMC), together with the Latin American Popular Music Ensemble (LAPME) are proud to present its third annual Latin Valentine concert. This February 14th, come celebrate love and friendship listening to a romantic serenade with the most beautiful Mexican Music of all times. The LAMC is extremely happy to have as guest artist the IU-String Academy Chamber Orchestra, and guest conductor Daniel Stein. The LAPME will be directed by Guido Sanchez and Espen Jensen. This concert will feature all new arrangements by Mexican composer Jose Francisco Cortes-Alvarez, and Brazilian percussionist Bruno Cabrera. Also as special guest we will have tenor Francisco Ortega from Ecuador, baritone Bruno Sandes from Brazil and soprano Yuri Rodriguez from Costa Rica.

Do not miss this event which promises to be an unforgettable night!

This event is free and open to the public holding tickets. (Make sure you pick up the tickets 2 hours before the event at the Waldron Arts Center).
