The 2013 Polar Bear Annual Paynetown Plunge will take place at 11:00 am at the Paynetown Beach in Lake Monroe located in Bloomington, Indiana.

Come dressed in your best IU attire. Awards will be given to the most red, most white, and most enthusiastic polar bears.

Get ready to have some fun and start the New Year off right. We will be serving hot chocolate and ice-cubes for the real polar bears.

"Remember real Paynetown Polar Bears run in and go under the water. Black bears run in the water and yell while real Polar Bears go under the water. Be a real POLAR-BEAR."

Proceeds will go to Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington, Indiana.
