“The Art of Soap Making” a Demonstration by Mohammed Mahdi and Anthony Duncan, d/b/a Soapy Soap Company
On Tuesday, December 11th, beginning at 5:30pm, the Venue Fine Art & Gifts will host a demonstration of soap making by Mohammed Mahdi and Anthony Duncan, d/b/a Soapy Soap Company. These two young, passionate, entrepreneurs manufacture more than 12 different custom soaps, all with specific purposes. All of their soaps are vegan, animal friendly, and made with only the purists and highest quality ingredients. Manufacturing in Bloomington, Soapy Soap aims at being truly sustainable and local. They satisfy The Venues criteria of “not only being local, but being excellent”, by producing unique soap products of the highest quality. On Tuesday they will actually allow us to witness them making soap, from beginning to end, and maybe even allow us to makes some of our own.
This presentation will be child friendly, interactive, and fun. Venue will provide refreshments for the occasion
Our complete collection of Fine Art and Gifts will also be on display for viewing and purchase. Free parking will be available in the lot on the corner of 4th and Grant.
