Nan Brewer, the Glaubinger Curator of Works on Paper, will lead an in-gallery discussion with Mary Held, project coordinator for the Center on Community Living and Careers, Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, and Ed Maxedon, the Glaubinger Curator of Education, about issues such as how individuals with disabilities have traditionally been depicted in western art, what avenues are available for artists with disabilities, programs for making museums more accommodating to people with disabilities, and the experience of the visual arts by a person with a disability.

This talk will take place in the Gallery of the Art of the Western World, first floor.
