Christmas with the Pops
DATE: November 23, 2012
“Christmas with the POPS”, a downtown Bloomington holiday tradition, is ready to stuff your Christmas stocking with lots of musical family holiday fun. Conducted by Chris Ludwa, the POPS Orchestra will join guest artists Brooke Wood & Nat Zegree from the IU Music Theater, the Bloomington POPS Brass Quintet, and Michael Runyan playing harmonia to bring you the best and merriest kick-off to your holiday season.
Two performances, surrounding the downtown Canopy of Lights, will be presented for your holiday enjoyment on Friday, November 23, 2012. The first performance at 5:30 pm is a 50-minute program, perfect for families with young children. The 8:00 pm show will be 80 minutes of holiday musical entertainment appropriate for all ages.

And of course a visit from the “Man With the Bag” -jolly old St. Nick - will complete the evening!

• TIME: 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.

• COST: 5:30 p.m.-adult $15 / child $5 | 8:00pm-adult $18 / child $5
