Cuba Libre
DATE: October 9, 2012

Gallery Talk, Wednesday, October 17, 7 – 8:30 pm

Join us for Gallery Walk fun on Friday, October 5 as we
present “Cuba Libre” in the brick gallery!

This exhibit will feature work of local photographers Tyagan Miller and David Moore, who will be present at the opening to answer questions and discuss their photographs. The exhibit will also feature travel images from Dr. Geraldo Gonzalez, Dean of the IU School of Education, who came to the United States from Cuba as a child, and recently returned to visit. His story will be featured in the October/November issue of Bloom magazine.

On Wed., October 17, Dr. Gonzalez will speak at the gallery about his Cuban experiences. This talk is free and open to all.

In addition, the fabulous work of Jeff Rich and Daniel Kukla will remain up through October, so there will be plenty of engaging art to enjoy.

• TIME: 5 p.m.

• WHERE: Pictura Gallery, on the Square at Sixth and College, Bloomington.
