This series is for the complete yoga novice. Participants will learn about the meaning and purpose of yoga while discovering its benefits in a safe and gentle class reserved exclusively for beginners. If you've been interested in trying yoga but unsure where to start, this is the class for you. Find out how to use props, modify poses, and identify the style of yoga that suits your goals and interests. Limited to 20 participants to ensure that you receive 1 on 1 attention.
